Cotubanamá

The Cotubanamá National Park has an area of 791 km² and is home to over 539 plant species, of which more than 50 are endemic. It is located at the southeastern end of the Dominican Republic and was therefore called Parque National del Este until 2014. On the shore of the park are mostly rocks of fossilized coral and now and then small sandy beaches.
